Not investment advice. Daepak is an AI market-analysis and information tool. Nothing on the platform — scores, narratives, summaries, charts or AI answers — is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Markets carry risk of loss.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Daepak (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Daepak is

Daepak parses public news and social data across crypto, US, Korean and Asian equities and commodities, and produces AI-generated analysis, composite scores, narratives and summaries. All output is informational and probabilistic. It may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Data is aggregated from third-party sources and is provided "as is".

3. No advice, no fiduciary duty

Daepak is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer or investment firm and does not execute trades or move funds on your behalf. We do not consider your personal circumstances. Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

5. Plans, limits and billing

Paid tiers unlock additional markets, features and a larger daily AI allowance. AI usage is metered per day per plan. We may adjust limits, features and pricing with reasonable notice. During the current launch phase, tiers may be enabled manually and payment processing may be limited.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or overload the Service, and do not use it for unlawful purposes or market manipulation.

7. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daepak and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
