Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Daepak ("we") collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

1. Data we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password. Usage data: your watchlist, portfolio entries, chat history with the AI, saved preferences and AI request counts. Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (authenticate you, isolate your data, run AI analysis on your requests), to enforce plan limits, to improve reliability, and to communicate about your account. Your portfolio, watchlist and chats are private to your account; the AI only accesses your own data.

3. Third-party processors

We use third-party providers to operate the Service, including an AI model provider that processes the content of your AI requests, and market/news/social data providers. These providers process data only to deliver their function. We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI content

Messages you send to the AI Analyst (including any images you attach) are sent to our AI model provider to generate a response and are stored so you can revisit conversations. Do not share sensitive personal, financial-account or payment credentials in chat.

5. Retention

We keep account and usage data while your account is active. You can delete individual chats in the app. To delete your account and associated data, contact us.

6. Security

Passwords are stored hashed; sessions use signed tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We honor applicable data-protection rights.
