Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 September 2026 · English terms for users outside Korea

These terms govern your use of Daepak (daepak.com), operated by Individual Entrepreneur ARHIKAD (BIN 640128450428), represented by Elena Ivanyutina, 142 Lunacharskogo St., Shchuchinsk, Akmola Region 021700, Kazakhstan. The Korean-language terms at daepak.com/terms.html apply to users in Korea; these English terms apply to everyone else and are intended to say the same thing in English.

1. What Daepak is

Daepak is a market-intelligence service. It collects news, social posts and market data about crypto assets, US equities and the Korean market, summarises them, produces scores and narratives, and answers questions through an AI analyst. It is available through the web app, a REST API and an MCP server.

2. What Daepak is not

Daepak is not investment advice and not a financial service. We do not manage money, hold assets, execute trades or tell you what to buy or sell. Scores, alerts and AI answers are information for you to judge, not recommendations. Past behaviour of any indicator does not predict future results. Every decision you take, and its consequences, are yours.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the product. Keep your password and API keys to yourself; anything done with your credentials counts as done by you. Tell us at support@daepak.com if you think someone else has access. One person, one account; automated account creation is not allowed.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Plans and prices are shown at daepak.com/en/pricing. Payment is taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record: Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, issues the invoice and handles applicable VAT or sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app or through the link in your Paddle receipt; cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you paid for.

5. Right of withdrawal (EEA and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Because a subscription gives you immediate access, by starting to use a paid plan you ask us to begin performance during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, we refund the price minus a proportionate amount for the days you had access. If you have not used the paid features at all, you get a full refund. To withdraw, write to support@daepak.com from the address on the account; no form is required. Consumers elsewhere, including Korea, have the rights set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute our data as a substitute for the service, scrape the site outside the API, exceed the rate limits attached to your key, attempt to reach other users' data, or use the service to build a directly competing dataset. Do not use Daepak where doing so would break the law that applies to you. We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Market data comes from third parties (exchanges, data vendors, public filings) and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong at the source. Every answer in the product carries the age of the data behind it; check it before you rely on it.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its interface, texts and the analysis it produces belong to us. Data you enter stays yours; you give us only the permission needed to run the service for you. You may use outputs of the service, including API responses, in your own work and products; you may not present the service itself as your own.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for death or personal injury, without limit. For other damage, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities or decisions taken on the basis of information in the service. Nothing here limits rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change features and prices. If a change materially reduces what you get on a paid plan, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel and receive a proportionate refund for the unused period. Changes to these terms are announced on the site; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

11. Ending the contract

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Your data; this erases your data immediately, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of section 6, with notice and a refund of any unused paid period.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court is the court of first instance. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. We are willing to settle disputes informally first: write to support@daepak.com and we will answer.
